What is a Roll-Off dumpster?
A roll-off dumpster has swinging doors for easy loading and is delivered on a truck that rolls it into place.
Where can I put the dumpster?
Our 14-foot dumpsters fit in most driveways or work areas. Ensure the spot is level and clear for delivery and pickup.
Are permits needed?
A permit may be required if the dumpster is placed on a street or blocks a sidewalk. Contact us and your local city office to confirm.
How does it work?
Order online or by phone. We schedule delivery, you load the dumpster, and when you're done we pick it up—typically within 48 hours of your request.
When do I pay for the dumpster?
Payment is due upon delivery. Any additional charges are billed within 1–3 business days after pickup.
What additional charges might I incur?
Extra days, overweight loads, or out-of-area deliveries may incur additional fees. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
What about concrete, dirt, asphalt, or gravel?
These are accepted only in 13-yard dumpsters. Due to weight limits, fill halfway and distribute evenly. Call for disposal fee quotes.
Do I need to be there for drop-off or pickup?
No, as long as the driver has unobstructed access to the placement area.
How full can I load the dumpster?
Do not load above the top rails. Avoid sharp or protruding materials that could damage the tarp.
Items not allowed in the dumpster?
No medical waste, firearms, fireworks, propane tanks, ashes, mercury items, pesticides, antifreeze, oils, asbestos, paint, car batteries, or appliances with refrigerants. Up to 4 tires allowed ($4 each, $8 per additional).
What if my dumpster is full before my rental ends?
Call us to schedule an early pickup. We typically retrieve within 48 hours.
What if I still have items but the dumpster is full?
We can empty and return or exchange the dumpster for 50% of a new rental. You can also extend your rental at standard pricing.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
Minor indentations on asphalt are possible. We take precautions, but we cannot be responsible for surface damage.
What is included in the quote?
Quotes include drop-off and pickup. Additional delivery fees may apply outside our standard service area.
